Maximizing profit with AI doesn’t mean that the full end to end process is all autonomous. In fact, I’d argue you likely do not want it to be. Many companies are experimenting and finding that they still want to have human intervention. Whether that’s because AI can hallucinate or because it lacks the “human touch” is really situation dependent. AI also requires, to some extent, rules, and a framework to derive an answer – otherwise, it would just be making things up.

AI is incredible, but it’s no substitution for a good process. To really get the most out of AI, create solid rules and scalable architecture. Sound scary? Aivantage is here to help!

Where to start? You’ll notice a theme in my posts which is iteration. Whether that’s a “move fast and break things” or a “if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again,” the mentality of not getting it right on the first try is important. Of course, experts are happy to help engage and share best practices to expedite those trial periods.

As you move forward in your AI journey, whether with a consultant or by yourself, the important key is to understand where your value wedge is, that is what is your moat that keeps your customers with you and not with your competitors? Unless this moat is technology based, this is probably where you want to deploy your humans. Of course, keep your team supported by AI, take away the administrative burdens with agents, but make sure you don’t lose your essential differentiators.

Use AI as an accelerator

AI is arguably the most powerful tool in our lifetimes and is an accelerator for pretty much any task you can think of. It can and should be used to help drive waste out of your process and help maximize your profits. Let Aivantage help accelerate your journey alongside you.
